Summary

Electronics have become an inseparable part of our life.
Electronics and manufacturing system can be found in everything from our phones to our automobiles. The printed circuit board, or PCB, is at the heart of these technological devices.

When most people see printed circuit boards, they immediately know them. These are the small green chips with lines and copper bits that are found in the guts of electronic equipment. These boards are bonded together with epoxy and insulated with a solder mask and are made using fiberglass, copper lines, and other metal elements. This solder mask is responsible for the distinctive green colour.

Have you ever seen those boards with components firmly adhered to them? Never think of them as mere PCB board embellishments. Until components are put on an advanced circuit board, it will not be able to work. An assembled PCB is a PCB having components installed on it, and the manufacturing process is known as PCB assembly, or PCBA for short. Traces are copper lines on a bare board that connect connectors and components electrically. They connect these features with signals, allowing the circuit board to function in a specified way. PCBs can have functions ranging from simple to complicated, and they can be as small as a thumbnail

Introduction

There are several phases to a printed circuit board electronics assembly, production, or manufacturing process. However, they must all collaborate in order to build an integrated overall process. Each stage of assembly and production must be compatible with the next, and feedback from the output to the input must be maintained to assure the best quality. Any difficulties are instantly identified, and the process can be changed accordingly. As all the different phases need special attention, there are different professionals looking after all the stages. Below mentioned are two of them.
