Introduction

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences conducts a Bachelor’s Admission Test commonly known as the TISS Bachelors Admission Test (TISS BAT). This is a national level entrance exam that is conducted in 22 cities across India. The candidates for the TISS Bachelors Admission Test (TISS BAT) can access the application form online on the official website of TISS which is admissions.tiss.edu. The Exam is conducted once a year and the exam is conducted in 2 phases of which the 1st is conducted in online mode and the 2nd is conducted in the offline phase. The application form and correction window was reopened by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on June 23, 2022. The exam date for the TISS Bachelors Admission Test (TISS BAT) has also been announced by NTA which is scheduled to be held between July 15 to August 10. Age Criteria

All candidates should be less than 23 years of age at the time of appearing for the TISS BAT exam which might be during July 2023

Educational Qualification

All candidates who have cleared Class XII in any stream from a recognized board are eligible and Candidates who are awaiting the results of their Class XII exams are also eligible to apply Besides, candidates who have studied International Baccalaureate Diploma and are expecting the declaration of their Class 12th results by June 2022 are eligible to apply for the entrance test as well

Minimum Marks

Candidates belonging to the general category have to score an aggregate of 50% in Class 12 and while those who are from SC, ST, SEBC category, would have to score at least 45% marks.

Application Process

Step 1 Registration

The candidate must Visit the official website of TISS and enter a valid email id and mobile number and A link will be sent to the e-mail ID provided by the candidate. 

Step 2 Password

After this the candidates can set a password of their choice and After the password is set candidates must use the e-mail ID and password to log in for the application process

Step 3 ID Filling the Form

Candidates need to log in using the registered e-mail ID and password created during the registration process and fill in the details carefully such as Personal Details

Step 3 Paying the Application Fee

After reviewing candidates can now move on to submit the application fee and Enter the amount and click on the payment option given and press on the submit button
