Introduction

CUET stands for Common University Entrance Test which was previously known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET). Central University Entrance Test or as it is commonly known, CUET is an all India level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission in UG courses offered in all the participating Colleges. The exam is conducted once a year in over 500 cities in India and also out side India. The exam is conducted in a computer based mode and the time given for students to finish the paper is 2 hours. Originally CUCET was conducted by UGC in offline paper pencil based mode, however, from the last year onwards, when the NTA took over the exam’s conducting responsibility, NTA has been conducting the test in a computer-based mode. 

Eligibility Criteria

As per the eligibility criteria of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), Admission Test candidates appearing for this exam have to meet the age limit, educational qualifications, and the qualifying exam that are accepted by Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria only should apply for the entrance exam.
