Introduction

The Banaras Hindu University Law Entrance Exam or simply known as BHU LLB among students is conducted by Banaras Hindu University for admissions to a 3 year law program With 220 seats in the BHU-LLB course, the BHU-LLB entrance exam is a paper and pen mode which can be taken in an online mode also. Candidates who have completed graduation or are appearing in the final year of their degree are eligible for the exam and offer 220 seats for BHU LLB.

The exam conducting authority of BHU LLB has released the BHU LLB eligibility criteria for 2022 along with the official notification on the official website and the applicants appearing for the exam must check the BHU LLB eligibility criteria for 2022 before filling out the application form. The eligibility criteria of BHU LLB 2022 comprise the qualifying exam, age limit, and minimum marks required for admissions.

Educational Qualification

The candidate who is looking forward to appearing in the BHU-LLB should have passed B.A/B.Sc/B.Com in a 10+2+3 pattern 

Marks required in the qualifying exam

The candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate considering all the subjects in the 3 years except those subjects where only passing marks are required and which does not contribute to the total in the final degree.

Relaxations

For the BHU-LLB aspirants belonging to the SC/ST category, there is no minimum aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying examination but they must have passed the qualifying examination.

 

And candidates belonging to the OBC category, there will be a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination

Application Process

Step 1 Registration

The Candidate Log on to the Official website of BHU and to register yourself, you must provide all the details such as your name, email id, mobile number, and other details in order to register

Step 2 Filling the form

The next step is to fill details in the application form for BHU LLB Test with more information like personal, academic, communication, and others along with the required details including the program of study

Step 3 Uploading documents

The candidates must upload the relevant documents in the application form as per the required format, here are the documents required

Step 4 Application fee

The next step is to fill the application fee, which is INR Rs. 600/- for General/OBC candidates and INR 300 for SC/ST candidates.

Step 5 Submit

The 5th and Final step is to review the information that you have provided and click on submit
